Can we keep our current hosting provider?
For some maintenance or repair projects, yes. We review the platform, access and responsibilities first to see whether the existing setup is suitable.
What is the difference between the hosting care options?
The higher care levels add scheduling attention and regular checks, not different server hardware or a guaranteed response time. Complete care reviews recent backups and recovery steps; an actual restoration or incident repair is separate work.
Are content updates and business email included?
Managed hosting includes routine PHP and plugin updates plus webmail accounts of 2 GB each on the hosted domain. Content changes, new pages, redesigns and migrations are separate unless selected. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, domain renewals and paid licences are separate costs. We check existing package inclusions so the same work is not charged twice.
What does a separate cPanel account give us?
Your website gets its own hosting control-panel account with the resources, access and backups set out in the plan. It replaces the managed-hosting selection rather than adding another hosting charge, and it is not a dedicated server.
